Terrance Jerulle, President

After 30 years in the construction and development industry, Terry still loves what he does. His career has taken him all across the country but he feels at home in Naples, Florida. His career began with the Weitz Company as National General Contractor. Fresh out of the University of Minnesota, he began overseeing large commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout the United States. Terry arrived in Southwest Florida in 1989 to lead luxury high-rise construction on Marco Island and to oversee the major re-developing of mixed-use buildings along Fifth Avenue in Naples for the prominent Antaramian Development. Needless to say, Terry has left his mark on Southwest Florida. As President and Owner of D’Jamoos-Jerulle Construction, he headed the development of projects totaling more than $60 million, including Corkscrew Palms in Estero and Vanderbilt Galleria in Naples. Today he is the President of T. Jerulle Construction, LLC as well as an active member of the prestigious Collier County Licensing Board. Terry and his team are keeping busy with building both Commercial Projects, as well as Luxury Custom Homes in Old Naples and on the beaches in Bonita Springs.
