It was a pleasure working with the entire team over at T. Jerulle Construction for the past 12 months on the 555 Building on 5th Ave. S. T. Jerulle Construction was very professional, on-budget and on-time during the entire duration of the construction project. The work of the project manager, Mike Demerly, was particularly impressive. Mike was always on top of the schedule, planning ahead, anticipating problems and finding solutions before issues could arise.

This particular site was extremely challenging because of its small size and its location on 5th Ave. S., but Mike handled construction traffic, heavy equipment coordination, access to neighboring businesses, and the constant pedestrian traffic along 5th Ave. S. with great care and attention to safety.

T. Jerulle Construction constructed the new Florida Motor Sports Building at 6329 Naples Boulevard for $3,232,714. Prior to construction, T. Jerulle Construction offered value engineering and an alternative manner of constructing our building that saved money and time. T. Jerulle Construction also helped to expedite our project through the permitting process. The personnel conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They are very trustworthy and hardworking individuals who take great pride in the quality of their workmanship.

I am pleased to offer this letter of recommendation for Terry Jerulle and T. Jerulle Construction. In 2007, T. Jerulle Construction completed a total remodel of our clubhouse at Hibiscus Golf Club. The project consisted of remodeling the existing 18,000 square foot clubhouse, constructing a new 4000 square foot maintenance facility as well as related site work, including a new 120 space parking lot.

The project was extremely complex as we needed to totally transform the 30 year old building while at the same time bring it up to existing code. Additionally, we needed to integrate the new maintenance facility into the existing clubhouse design. To complicate matters further, the golf course needed to remain open for business during the entire process.

T. Jerulle Construction accepted all of these challenges and completed the project on time and within budget. They provided invaluable assistance to us in working through the complex permitting issues with Collier County as well as worked seamlessly with our interior designer and other consultants.
