Terry Jerulle
President and FounderTerry is the President and Founder of T. Jerulle Construction. After a very successful career with a Top Ten National General Contractor overseeing large commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout the United States, Terry settled in Southwest Florida in 1989. He led construction of luxury high-rises on Marco Island, the major re-developing of mixed-use buildings along Fifth Avenue in Naples, and development of projects from Naples to Estero.
Along with running TJC, Terry is also an active member of the prestigious Collier County Licensing Board. Terry and his team are keeping busy with building both commercial projects as well as Luxury Custom Homes in Old Naples and on the beaches in Bonita Springs.
William Saccone
Vice PresidentServing as Vice President, William, a graduate of the University of Connecticut, has 25 years’ experience in the construction industry from Connecticut to South Florida and Puerto Rico. Responsible for day-to-day operations, William manages projects, works with our subcontractors, and assists our clients in the building of their dream home.
Michael Demerly
Vice PresidentAfter graduating from Purdue University, Mike began his 35+ years of construction management here in Southwest Florida, working on many significant building projects helping shape the landscape of our area. His experience and work ethic is demonstrated on each project and he expects nothing but the best for our clients.
David Jerulle
Project SuperintendentNeedless to say, David grew up in the construction industry and has begun his own career after graduating from the College of Charleston. Working as a Project Superintendent, David is rapidly learning the trade and plays an instrumental part in the success of our building projects.
David Lageman
ControllerDavid joined the TJC team after spending the last 20+ years in the real estate development industry. Overseeing the company’s and project financial concerns, he brings the unique perspective and understanding of our clients’ needs having been on the “other side of the table”. From client to a valuable member of the team, David has a broad knowledge of the building process and the importance of forecasts, projections, budgets and timing.
